Main Components
Cage Frame
Made of high-quality hot-dip galvanized steel, it has a sturdy structure, is corrosion-resistant and anti-aging, and has a strong load-bearing capacity, providing poultry with a safe and spacious activity space and adapting to the growth needs of different breeds of poultry.
Automatic Drinking System
Equipped with nipple drinkers or Plasson drinkers, the water is evenly distributed and provides a stable water supply, ensuring that poultry can drink clean water at any time; at the same time, it is easy to clean and maintain, avoiding water pollution that could lead to disease.
Automatic Manure Cleaning System
The design of the manure removal belt enables automatic timed manure removal, promptly expelling poultry manure from the poultry house and keeping it clean and dry; it also reduces the emission of harmful gases such as ammonia, improves the breeding environment, and lowers the cost of manual manure removal.
Automatic Egg Collection System
Composed of an egg collection belt, an egg collection trough, and a conveying device, it adopts an inclined design. After the eggs are laid, they can automatically roll onto the egg collection belt and be collected by the conveying device, which avoids egg breakage, reduces the cost of manual egg picking, and improves egg collection efficiency and egg qualification rate.
