The Aviary laying system uses a hot-dip galvanized high-strength steel frame with optimized dimensions of 1150×3150×2750mm. Each cage can hold 92-120 laying hens, providing ample space for movement. The cage mesh is made of 2.5mm thickened galvanized aluminum alloy steel wire with a 5° slope at the bottom, ensuring cage durability while conforming to egg-laying habits, reducing egg breakage, and balancing poultry welfare and management efficiency.

Fully automatic egg collection system

Made with food-grade PVC, the egg collection belt and flexible guide plates allow eggs to roll out from the bottom of the cage and be smoothly transported to the egg collection platform via a conveyor belt, ensuring a collision-free process. The speed of the egg collection belt is adjustable, reducing the broken egg rate to below 0.5%. An optional counting device can be added to the egg collection platform to track egg production in real time, facilitating farm management.

Scientific automatic feeding system
