Welfare-oriented cage structure
The cage system utilizes a hot-dip galvanized high-strength steel frame, with optimized cage dimensions of 1150mm (length) × 3150mm (width) × 2750mm (height). Each cage can house 92-120 laying hens, providing ample space for each hen. The cage mesh is made of 2.5mm thickened zinc-aluminum alloy coated steel wire, with a 5° inclination angle on the bottom mesh surface. This design ensures good ventilation and light penetration, facilitates egg rolling out, and prevents foot injuries to the hens.
Intelligent feeding system
The system includes a chain-driven precision feed line and storage tower. The feed line features a constant-speed design and is paired with widened feeding troughs on both sides to prevent competition among laying hens for food, ensuring that each hen receives a uniform amount of feed. The feed line is equipped with feed quantity monitoring sensors to precisely control the feeding amount. The storage tower has a built-in feed level alarm system, which automatically activates the replenishment program when feed is running low.
Automatic egg collection system
Using food-grade PVC egg collection belts and soft guide plates, eggs roll out from the bottom of the cage and are smoothly transported to the egg collection table via the belts, without any collisions during the entire process. The egg collection belt speed is adjustable, reducing egg breakage rate to below 0.5%. The egg collection table can be optionally equipped with a counting device to track egg production in real time, facilitating farm management.
High-efficiency manure removal system
A crawler-type manure removal system is used, with the width of the conveyor belt matching the cage dimensions. Manure is automatically cleaned at regular intervals and transported through sealed pipes to the waste treatment area, reducing the emission of harmful gases such as ammonia inside the poultry house. The manure removal system operates at a noise level below 60 decibels, avoiding disturbing the laying hens.
