System Introduction
The H-type layer chicken cage system is a fully automatic stacked breeding equipment independently developed by our factory for large-scale, intelligent and intensive layer breeding. Adopting a unique H-type frame structure, it supports 3-8 layers of vertical stacking layout. The system integrates full-automatic functions including feeding, drinking, egg collection, manure cleaning and environmental regulation, completely reforming the traditional breeding mode.
It greatly improves the poultry house space utilization rate, breeding efficiency and standardization level, suitable for commercial layer farms of 10,000 to 1,000,00 birds, and serves as the core standard equipment for modern smart chicken farms.
Main System Components

H-type Main Frame
Made of high-quality Q235 steel with hot-dip galvanizing process, the double-layer H-type symmetrical structure features scientifically optimized layer spacing, strong bearing capacity, corrosion resistance and aging resistance, with a service life of up to 20 years, providing a comfortable and stable breeding space for laying hens.
Automatic Feeding System
Equipped with a precise rail-type feeder, it delivers feed evenly at a constant speed without scattering or residue. Intelligent timed and quantitative feeding meets the feeding needs of hens on each layer, effectively saving feed and labor costs.
Automatic Egg Collection
Adopts flexible anti-breakage egg belts and linkage egg collection mechanisms for each layer to collect eggs automatically and stably, reducing egg breakage rate, improving egg collection efficiency and avoiding manual contact pollution throughout the process.
Automatic Manure Cleaning
Equipped with special conveyor belt manure cleaning equipment, each layer realizes independent automatic manure scraping and thorough cleaning without residue. It achieves dry-wet separation, greatly reduces ammonia concentration in the chicken house and optimizes the breeding environment.
