Features a dedicated rooster pan feeding line and a hen chain feeding system driven by a cycloidal pinwheel reduction device (feeding speed up to 36m/min). The rust-proof feed trough is equipped with a 44mm grill interval, effectively separating roosters and hens to control their specific feed intake.
Premium Plastic Slat Floors & Manure Scraper
High-strength plastic slat floors keep the birds out of their waste, reducing disease transmission. Paired with a heavy-duty manure scraper, it automatically removes manure to maintain a clean, low-ammonia environment essential for breeder health.
Automatic Laying Nest System
Available in EU or US styles, featuring imported soft straw mats and red curtains that attract hens to lay eggs inside, mimicking their natural safe space. The automated conveyor belt transports eggs damage-free via streamlined transition points to the egg collection table.
Intelligent Climate Control System
The fully automatic environment control box synchronizes exhaust fans, cooling pads, and deflectors. After the air inlet is closed, hot air goes through the cooling pad and changes to cool air, which is directed to the middle of the house as a mild wind. This ensures consistent temperature and optimal ventilation, reducing heat stress which directly impacts fertility.
