Orange And White Automatic Broiler Pan Feeding System

High degree of automation

It includes automatic feeding system, drinking water system, manure cleaning system, automatic chicken discharge system (only manual cage bottom pumping), automatic temperature control system, etc. It realizes centralized management, high degree of automation, easy to use and operate, saves energy, improves productivity, greatly reduces the cost of manual feeding and improves the breeding efficiency of farmers.

Robust and durable equipment

• All the frame materials are made of the most advanced hot-dip galvanized sheet in China, and the cage mesh is hot-dip galvanized, which has strong corrosion resistance and aging resistance, so that the service life of the equipment can be more than 10 years.

• Adopting advanced PVC scavenging belt with high lightness and long service life to ensure no need for replacement during the equipment life cycle, in addition to the skirt of the scavenging belt, which can effectively prevent the overflow of manure at the outer edge.

• Feeding system, manure cleaning system, chicken discharge system reducer are all small in size, high in efficiency and beautiful in appearance to ensure reliable performance of the equipment.

Lighting system adopts waterproof LED lights, safe, energy-saving and environmental protection, soft and uniform light, which is conducive to the growth of chickens and improve the feed conversion rate.
