Efficient Automatic Broiler Pan Feeding System

Broiler tray automatic feeding system: it consists of drive unit, hopper, feeding tube, winch, feed tray, suspension and lifting device, anti perching device and material level sensor. Its main function is to convey the material in the hopper to each feed tray to ensure the broiler's consumption, and the material level sensor to automatically control the motor's conveying opening and closing to achieve the purpose of automatic feeding.

Broiler feeding tray features

● 6 levels of adjustment of the quantity of material in the external mixing tray.

● The material door switch regulates the amount of material to be discharged until the material tray is closed.

● Easy, fast and accurate way of adjusting the discharge volume.

● The chassis can be removed and placed on the ground and used as a chick opening tray.

● The V-shaped corrugated bottom reduces the amount of material stored in the sump and prevents chicks from lying down in the tray to feed or rest.
