Main components
Automatic feeding line system
It includes a feed tower, main feed line, tray feeder, and lifting device, which can automatically feed and allow free access to feed. The height can be adjusted according to the age of the flock to avoid waste and pollution.
Automatic drinking line system
Equipped with a high-pressure regulating water line, nipple drinkers, filters, and dosing devices, the water supply is stable, clean, and hygienic, preventing leaks and blockages, ensuring that broilers can drink water at any time.
Main building and ground system
The structure adopts a steel frame + insulated color steel plate structure. The ground can be made of cement floor, slatted floor or bedding area, which is moisture-proof, seepage-proof and easy to clean, providing a comfortable activity space for broilers.
Environmental control system
It includes a high-flow fan, evaporative cooling pads, side windows, a constant temperature controller, and a light control system, which automatically adjusts temperature, humidity, ventilation, and light to create a stable growing environment.
