Main components of the system
Main Silo Body
It is made of thickened hot-dip galvanized steel plate with a corrugated reinforced structure and an integrated cylinder-cone design. The conical bottom has an inclination angle of no less than 60°, ensuring smooth gravity flow of feed with no material accumulation or residue, while the smooth silo wall prevents feed from sticking.

Bracket and Reinforcement System
Hot-dip galvanized thickened upright columns with diagonal tie rods for overall reinforcement, ensuring stable wind resistance and even load distribution. The bottom flange design enables quick fixation to the foundation platform for easy installation.

Monitoring module
It features a transparent observation window for easy viewing of material levels; optional high-precision radar/pressure level sensors are available for real-time monitoring of remaining material levels, and support remote alarms and data uploads.

Discharge and docking components
Equipped with a variable diameter discharge port, sealing butterfly valve and anti-clogging device at the bottom, it can be directly connected to the disc feed line and auger feed line, ensuring uniform and stable discharge and preventing material jamming.

Long service life
Made with a 275g high-zinc hot-dip galvanizing process, it is resistant to acids and alkalis, rust-resistant, and not easily deformed or aged when used outdoors. Its normal service life can reach more than 15 years.
Smooth feeding with no residue
With a scientifically designed cone-shaped bottom angle and smooth inner wall, the feed flows freely without any dead corners or accumulation, significantly reducing waste and keeping feed loss rate below 2%.
Highly adaptable and easy to install
Modular bolt assembly eliminates the need for on-site welding, making transportation and assembly convenient; multiple sizes from 3 to 40 tons are available to match different farm sizes and site layouts.
Intelligent management saves manpower
It supports real-time monitoring of feed levels and automatic alerts for low feed levels, reducing the frequency of manual inspections; when used with automated feeding lines, it enables unmanned feeding, allowing one person to manage multiple chicken houses.
