Core Components
H-Type Cage Frame
The cage frame adopts an H-type vertical design, typically stacked 4-8 tiers high, with reasonable spacing between each tier to ensure proper ventilation and lighting. The frame is welded from high-quality steel sections, offering strong structural stability and load-bearing capacity, resistant to deformation under long-term use.
Automatic Feeding System
Equipped with traveling devices, feed is transported from the silo via elevators to feed troughs on each tier, enabling timed and quantitative uniform distribution. The system ensures fast and even feed distribution, guaranteeing adequate feed for every layer while minimizing waste.
Manure Removal System
Each tier is fitted with an independent PP manure belt at the cage bottom, driven by motors to operate at set intervals, automatically transporting manure to external trenches or collection vehicles. The belt separation design ensures timely manure removal, prevents ammonia buildup, maintains fresh barn air, and reduces disease incidence.
Automatic Egg Collection
Laid eggs automatically roll onto collection belts and are conveyed via conveyor belt to an external egg collection room, achieving fully automated collection without manual intervention. The collection belts use flexible materials to effectively reduce egg breakage and ensure clean, intact eggs.
