System Introduction
The Type A layer hen cage system is an efficient and practical breeding solution designed by our company for large-scale layer hen farming. It adopts a stepped (staggered) structural design with an overall "A" shape on the side, which takes into account both space utilization and breeding convenience. It is suitable for small and medium-sized layer hen farms and can flexibly switch between semi-automatic and fully automatic breeding modes.
The cages can be flexibly configured with 3 or 4 layers depending on the scale of breeding. A single cage can house 90-160 laying hens, meeting different breeding needs.

Cage Structure
Constructed from international standard Q235 steel and treated with hot-dip galvanizing or cold-dip galvanizing, the cage is sturdy, corrosion-resistant, and has a service life of over 20 years.
Feeding System
It can be configured with semi-automatic or fully automatic feeding devices, ensuring uniform and precise feeding and avoiding feed waste. It can also be linked with automatic feeding equipment to reduce manual input.
Manure Removal System
A belt-type manure removal device is selected, allowing manure to fall naturally to the device for automatic timed manure removal, reducing ammonia accumulation in the shed, improving the breeding environment, and reducing the labor intensity of manual manure removal.
Egg Collection System
Equipped with a PP egg collection belt and a slightly tilted cage design, eggs can roll smoothly onto the collection belt, achieving automatic egg collection, greatly improving egg collection efficiency and reducing losses from manual egg collection.
