Adopting a classic A-type staggered stepped layout with mainstream 3-4 layer modular design, the upper and lower cages are completely staggered without shielding. It ensures excellent indoor ventilation and uniform lighting, effectively improving air quality in the chicken house, reducing humidity and bacterial growth, and greatly lowering the incidence of respiratory and intestinal diseases of laying hens.
The scientifically proportioned cage space provides sufficient activity and feeding area for each layer, avoiding crowding and trampling, and stably improving egg production rate and survival rate.
Fully Automatic Integration & Labor Cost Saving
Integrated with fully automatic feeding, drinking, egg collection, manure removal and temperature control systems, equipped with PLC intelligent quantitative feeding technology, it accurately controls feeding dosage, reduces 5%-10% feed waste and avoids uneven feeding and residual mildew.
The whole system supports unmanned closed-loop breeding.
