The H-type cage system for laying hens adopts a modular integrated design, with each component precisely adapted and operating collaboratively, balancing stability and convenience. Its core components are as follows:

 

H-type Cage Body

The core load-bearing structure of the system is made of hot-dip galvanized steel sheet, which is processed by double-sided hot-dip galvanizing and passivation. The zinc coating thickness reaches 275g/m², which has excellent corrosion resistance and aging resistance, and a service life of over 20 years.

 

Automatic Feeding System

Composed of a feed tower, spiral conveyor pipe, feeding trolley, feed trough, and intelligent controller, it achieves precise, timed, and quantitative feeding. The feed tower has a volume of 20-30 m³, capable of storing 3-4 days' worth of feed; the feed trough features an optimized spill-proof design to reduce feed waste.

 

Automatic Egg Collection System

Equipped with a guide and egg-protecting device and an automatic conveying mechanism, after laying eggs, the hens are buffered by the egg-protecting plate and smoothly roll into the egg collection trough, and are then conveyed to the egg collection platform by the conveying system. The entire process is collision-free and damage-free, with the breakage rate controlled below 0.3%.

 

Automatic Manure Cleaning System

The system employs a combination design of PVC/PP manure removal belts and a horizontal manure removal machine. Each cage is equipped with a longitudinal manure removal belt at the bottom, ending with a scraper, enabling timed automatic manure removal with an efficiency exceeding 99%. The system centrally transports chicken manure to the manure treatment area, effectively reducing ammonia concentration in the chicken house.
