The A-type layer cage system is a classic stepped breeding equipment designed for large-scale and standardized layer breeding. Adopting an innovative A-type pyramid layered structure and relying on the gravity diversion principle, it realizes integrated operations of breeding, egg collection, manure cleaning, feeding and drinking.
The system is suitable for various open and closed chicken houses, and can be flexibly equipped with semi-automatic and fully automatic configurations according to breeding scales, adapting to small and medium-sized scaled farms and large standardized breeding bases.
Main System Components
The complete A-type layer cage system adopts a modular integrated design with accurately matched and coordinated components. The main components are as follows:
Cage Main Frame
Made of high-quality Q235 steel with overall hot-dip galvanizing process. The 3-4 layer stepped A-type structure features strong bearing capacity and no deformation. The scientific interlayer spacing ensures sufficient activity space for chickens and facilitates ventilation, heat dissipation and manure falling.
Automatic Feeding System
Consists of feeding machine, conveying tracks and front continuous feed troughs, realizing uniform and quantitative feeding, avoiding feed waste, ensuring balanced feeding for each layer and adapting to all-weather automatic feeding operations.
Automatic Egg Collection
Adopts a scientifically inclined egg trough design for automatic egg rolling by gravity, equipped with anti-collision buffer structure to greatly reduce egg breakage rate. It can be matched with fully automatic egg picking equipment to improve egg collection efficiency.
Environment Control System
It can be equipped with fans, water curtains, lighting and temperature control equipment to intelligently adjust the temperature, humidity, ventilation volume and lighting duration of the chicken house, creating a constant-temperature and constant-humidity standardized breeding environment.
