Main components of the system
Automatic feeding system
This system uses PLC intelligent control to achieve fully automatic and precise feeding at specific times and in specific quantities. It can replace manual labor, reduce feed waste by 5%-10%, ensure nutritional balance, and significantly improve the feed conversion ratio.
Cage system
The system uses Q235 national standard steel and hot-dip galvanizing process, with a corrosion resistance life of over 20 years. The scientifically designed A-type structure balances ventilation and lighting, effectively reducing egg-laying stress and improving the welfare of laying hens.
Automatic egg collection system
This system uses a high-strength PP conveyor belt to smoothly transport eggs, and through flexible buffering technology, reduces the breakage rate to below 0.5%. It can completely replace manual egg collection, ensuring clean egg surfaces and efficient collection.
Environmental control system
This system integrates intelligent temperature control, evaporative cooling pads, and fans, and automatically adjusts ventilation via a PLC.
