Blade:

Laser cut the material (1.2mm 430SS/1.5mm NSDCC) for blade. This material has moderate hardness, strength

and toughness.

Blades formed by press stretch,no rebound, no deformation ,strong creep resistance, reduced air volume attenuation.

Blade fixed with ring groove rivets, not loose.

The gap between the fan blade and the round frame is smaller,which effectively prevents the return wind and turbulence.

Blade is tested by dynamic balance then more stable.

Shutter:

PVC connector, not cut plastic parts .Special plastic parts,not loose, shedding

Round frame

Only use 1.0mm NSDCC Material.

Plastic covered in advance, noscratch，protect the covered zinc, anti-corrosion ability, no scratches, longer service time.

Pole&Protect net

The protective net is welded by 2.5mm hot-dip galvanized wire, with stronger anti-corrosion ability and longer service life.

Use the famous brand Tianjin Youfa Heating Galvanized Pipe,2.5mm.

The center hole of the column is formed by laser cutting/mold at one time to ensure the concentricity of the center hole.

Ensure that the motor wheel and the aluminum wheel are on the same horizontal plane, so that the fan runs more stably and prolongs the service life of the belt and bearing.
