Breeder Chain Feeding System For Poultry Breeder Houses
Ⅰ.Chain feeding system is advanced feeding solution for breeder chickens.
The system can convey feed from hopper into trough automatically.
1.Driving motor:
Use cycloidal-pin wheel reduce device, more stable and reliable convey feed equality, reduce noise than toothed wheel.
2.Trough bracket and connection:
Liftable, we can adjust their height according to different breeding stages.
3.Bracket surface:
Hot galvanizing process, anti-corrosion, more suitable for poultry house environment.
Its surface are special hardening processed, alloy bearing don't need oiling, have good wear resistance and long service life.
4.Trough with chain inside:
Trough made of wear-risistant and anti-rust material, have 44mm width of limited food grill, which can separate the hens and roosters apart effectively, and different width food grill can be customized according to customer requirements.
5.Hopper:
Made of high quality galvanized sheet, hopper and trough interface site has a cover plate, it is easy to adjust the height of material level and prevent feed spill.
Ⅱ. Male Feeding Pan System
The main characteristics of our male breeder feed pan:
1). 4pans/3m, feed pan distance :750mm;
2). Feed pan diameter: 360mm;
3). Material:pp---Polypropylene;
4). Feeding capacity: 8-9 birds/pan;
5). With 6 grilles design, there are still intake hole after supplementing male breeders.
6). The fixation clamp can prevent feed pan swinging, so as to keep feed at the center of feed pan.
7). The adjusting ring at the top of feed pan can adjust the feed gears to the optumum position to reduce the waste of feed.
Ⅲ. Laying Nest
1. With this automatic egg collection system, the eggs outside the nest can be controlled within 2%, the broken egg rate is within 1%, the dark patterned egg rate is within 1%, and the dirty egg rate is within 1%.
2. The egg laying method of the laying box adopts the roll-back type, the box body is made of galvanized steel plate, and the thickness of the zinc layer is about 275g/m³, the roof is made of PVC material, the PVC weight is about 1600kg/m³.
