Automatic Animal Feeder Line For Meat Chicken
Automatic chicken feeder system are widely used in broilers, layers, ducks, gooses, etc. Main automatic chicken feeder system is a complete set of automatic feeding system, including a material conveying pipe,silo, auger, drive motor and a material level sensor. Main Feed line is mainly used to deliver feed from silo to the hopper in the feeding pan system .There is one feed sensor at the end of main feed line, which can control the drive motor on and off to realize automatically feeding.
Automatic Broiler Feeder Pan’s features:
·The adjustment of the material volume of the external adjustment tray is divided into 6 gears;
·The material door switch can adjust the output until the material tray is closed;
·The adjustment method of the discharge amount is convenient, fast and accurate, that is, grasp the outer grille by hand, and rotate it up and down to locate;
·The bottom of the plate can be removed and placed on the ground, using the chicks to open the food plate;
·The edge of the feed pan is inclined to the center of the pan to avoid waste caused by spilled feed;
·Smooth the inwardly inclined outer edge to prevent broiler crops from being injured, and to eat safely and comfortably;
