Each slat is integrally injection molded with modified virgin PP, an ideal replacement for traditional bamboo, wood and cast iron slats. It solves common farming troubles including rotting wood, rust-prone cast iron with drastic temperature difference, wire mesh scratching chicken paws. The interlocking modular design matches dedicated support legs and load-bearing beams, enabling fast construction of new chicken houses and renovation of old barns, greatly cutting farm construction and labor maintenance costs. It is the standard flooring facility for modern large-scale chicken farms.

1. High-Strength Anti-Aging Raw Material

Made of 100% food-grade modified virgin PP with UV-resistant, acid & alkali resistant and anti-aging additives. Thickened reinforced ribs provide strong load and compression resistance without deformation. Adaptable to indoor and outdoor chicken house environments, temperature range from -30℃ to 60℃, service life up to 8-10 years, far longer than wooden slats.

2.Efficient Manure Leakage, Reduce Chicken Diseases

Grid holes are optimized according to chicken manure characteristics, allowing fast leakage of chicken droppings and sewage to separate chickens from waste. Smooth non-stick surface can be thoroughly cleaned with high-pressure water guns and disinfectants, inhibiting the reproduction of coccidia and E. coli. It reduces foot pad dermatitis and respiratory illnesses, improving survival rate and finished chicken quality.

3. Ventilation & Ammonia Reduction for Better House Environment

Hollow grid structure delivers full bottom ventilation, accelerating moisture evaporation from chicken manure and lowering house humidity. It cuts ammonia and pungent odor generated by fermented droppings, improving air quality and creating a clean, comfortable growing environment for chickens.
