Cage and Frame

●Slide cage door: act as a sliding grill, limited with plastic piece, easy for operation. It’s convenient for the birds in and out.

●Bottom mesh is mounted to tensioned steel wire, so that the mesh is with nice flexibility.

●Punching from the hot dip galvanized steel panels, zinc cocating 275g/m2, no welding, all fixed by screws.

Automatic Feeding System

1. Feeding trolley- hot dip galvanized steel     

2. Delivery auger pipe: material: PPR, Diameter:Ф90mm

3. Auger: import from South Africa

4. Feed silo: 5t to 30t, optional

5. The feed through is with high strength. It’s also designed with inner rim so that the feed is rarely wasted.

Automatic Drinking System

●Water drinking system per unit including below details

●Nipple drinking system: three nipple in each cage 

                                                                    304 stainless steel nipple

●Medical pump: Dosatron

●Installed with nipple drinker in the cage. Leon nipple drinker is produced in fine processing workshop, no leaking and lower the water wastage to the maximum extent.

Automatic Manure Removing System

1. C shape conveyor belt support, make sure the manure will not fall on the equipment, keep the cage system clean.

2. The manure on conveyor belt is with low water percentage.

3.  High efficiency motor, make sure the belt transmission running stable and reliable.

4. The two sides of conveyor belt support is a little higher, prevent the manure from spilling out.
