Automatic feeding system
By setting the program, the daily feeding amount per cage/per chicken can be automatically controlled according to the nutritional requirements of broilers at different growth stages (chick stage, fattening stage), with an error that can be controlled within ±2g. Moreover, the feeder runs at a constant speed along the track, and the feed in the trough is evenly distributed
Automatic drinking system
The system is equipped with multi-layer filtration devices (such as filter screens and ultraviolet sterilizers), which can filter impurities in water and kill microorganisms, preventing the water bucket from being contaminated when water is added manually.
Automatic manure cleaning system
The manure cleaning system can be set to operate automatically once every 2 to 4 hours (or start in real time according to the amount of manure accumulated). Once the manure is produced, it is promptly scraped away or transported to the manure storage tank outside the chicken house to prevent the manure from fermenting inside the chicken house and generating harmful gases such as ammonia and hydrogen sulfide
Environmental automation
The temperature sensor monitors the temperature of different areas (upper cages and lower cages) in the chicken coop in real time. If the temperature drops below the set value, the controller automatically starts the hot air furnace and floor heating. If the temperature exceeds the set value, the water curtain and fan will be automatically activated for cooling. The humidity sensor is linked to the dehumidifier or the spray device.

Cage rearing is usually paired with "closed chicken coops", and key environmental factors such as temperature, humidity, light and ventilation can be precisely regulated through equipment, unaffected by the external climate.

Cage rearing relies on automated equipment (automatic feeding, automatic drinking water, automatic manure cleaning, and automatic egg collection - if laying hens are raised, although broilers do not have egg collection, the automation of manure cleaning and feeding is more mature), significantly reducing the demand for labor.
Centralized treatment of feces reduces environmental pressure
The manure from cage rearing is automatically collected by mechanical means (such as scraper manure removal and conveyor belt manure removal), and can be directly stored centrally or transported to harmless treatment facilities (such as fermentation tanks and organic fertilizer production lines), avoiding the treatment problems caused by the mixture of manure and bedding in flat rearing.
