Male & Female Separate Automated Feeding System
Roosters are equipped with pan feeding lines, which deliver feed evenly and allow flexible height adjustment to fit rooster body size, realizing accurate restricted feeding to avoid overweight roosters and guarantee high mating fertility.
Hens are matched with chain feeding lines. The long linear chain feeding structure ensures consistent feed distribution across the whole house, stable feeding speed, low failure rate, and effectively maintains uniform weight of laying hens to sustain long-term egg production performance.
Automatic Nest Egg Collection System
Special breeder individual laying nests with soft plastic mats, quiet and dark internal environment to induce hens lay eggs inside nests, drastically reduce floor eggs.
Built-in automatic egg conveying belt to realize centralized egg collection, greatly save manual egg picking labor. Anti-collision egg buffer design lower egg breakage rate below 0.8%.
Constant Pressure Nipple Drinking System
Food grade PVC water pipeline + anti-leak high density nipple drinkers, 24h continuous clean water supply for breeders. Adjustable water pressure adapt to young breeder rearing and laying period.
Drip tray under drinkers keep litter dry, reduce ammonia generation, prevent foot pad dermatitis and bacterial enteric diseases of breeding flock. Low water consumption design cut farm water cost.
