Pan Feeding system
Automatic pan feeding system including a driving device, a hopper, a conveying pipe, an auger, trays, suspension lifting device,an anti-perching device and a feed sensor. The main function of the system is to tans port the feed from the hopper into each feeding pan to ensure the eating of the broiler and automatically controlled by the level sensor's direction which give the order to motor to make it working or stop.
Chain Feeding system
The driving device is cyclical pin wheel reducer, which working more stable, feeding averagely, low noise compare with gear reducer, the feeding speed can up to 36m/min.
The surface of 90 digress corner wheel and guiding orbit have the special treatment of hardness, the bear is no need fill oil whch material is alloy whicn anti. corrosion, and have the long working life.
The feeding trough is made of anti -corrosion and rust steel, at the same time equipped with feed grill which size is 44mm, which effectively separate the cock from female breeders, The grill width is variable according to customer needs.
Automatic Laying nest system
Double-sided automatic laying nest, each set: length 2m, width 1.4m
With all parts, include egg collection platform, motor, laying nest with plastic mats, and all accessories.

Manual Laying nest system
Manual Laying nest: 24 Holes, hot-dip Galvanized sheet.
Eggs need to be collected manually, Simple structure and low cost.
It is mostly made of 0.5mm thick hot-dip galvanized steel sheets with a zinc coating content of 275 grams per square meter, which are corrosion-resistant, rust-proof and have a long service life. The bottom support part often uses PP modified materials, and there are also those made of high-quality galvanized sheets, which have good durability and easy cleaning.
