System Overview
Our fully automatic broiler ground rearing system is a modern, integrated poultry farming solution designed for commercial broiler farms of all scales, from small-scale breeding bases to large industrial poultry plants. Different from traditional cage breeding, this floor rearing mode provides sufficient free activity space for broilers, allowing chickens to perform natural behaviors such as walking, foraging and running, which effectively reduces flock stress and improves survival rate and meat quality.
The system integrates automatic feeding, drinking, environmental control, ventilation and temperature adjustment into one set of standardized equipment.

Automatic Feeding System
Equipped with Φ90 main pipe and Φ75 spiral conveying structure, matched with high-precision blanking sensors and large-capacity auxiliary hoppers. The hot-dip galvanized tray feeding line ensures uniform feed delivery, no waste and no blockage. It can automatically adjust feeding volume and frequency according to broiler growth cycle, realizing quantitative and regular feeding for the whole flock.
Automatic drinking system
360° all-directional water outlet nipple drinkers with food-grade materials, equipped with water filters, pressure regulators and automatic dosing devices. It ensures continuous clean water supply, effectively avoids water pollution and bacterial breeding, and supports automatic medicated drinking water operation during disease prevention, protecting broiler drinking health.
Heating System
SMatched with gas/diesel heaters and intelligent temperature controllers, specially designed for broiler brooding stage. It realizes precise constant temperature control, solves the problem of low-temperature growth retardation of young chicks, and ensures the stable growth of broilers in all seasons.
Environment Control System
Independent customized breeding controller, which can monitor and adjust temperature, humidity, ventilation, feeding and water supply data in real time. It supports one-key parameter setting for different growth stages of broilers, realizing intelligent and standardized breeding management.
