Automatic Feeding system
Feed is distributed to each layer of trough through the main feed line. Usually, a crane is used to deliver feed to ensure even feed delivery.
Automatic drinking system
Clean drinking water is supplied to each layer through the main water pipe and connected to the nipple drinker in front of each cage. The chickens can peck at the water to get water.
Automatic egg collection system
The eggs roll from the cages into the egg collecting trough, and are collected by the slow-running central egg collecting belt and transported to the egg warehouse for sorting and packaging.
Automatic manure removal system
A manure conveyor belt is installed under each cage layer. Manure is regularly transported to the horizontal manure belt at one end of the chicken house by the conveyor belt and then sent out of the house.
