System Introduction

Integrated with fully automatic feeding, drinking, egg collection, manure removal and environmental control functions, the system supports 3–8 layers of stacked layout, perfectly matching the breeding needs of small and medium-sized farms, large standardized breeding bases and industrial breeding projects.

Core System Components

 

The complete H-type layer cage system adopts a modular integrated design with coordinated and highly adapted units to realize full-automatic closed-loop breeding.

 

H-type Cage Frame

Made of 2.5–3.0mm thick national standard steel with 275g/㎡ high-weight hot-dip galvanized layer, it features stable load-bearing, no deformation, high safety for multi-layer stacking, strong corrosion and aging resistance, with a service life of more than 15 years even in long-term high-humidity and dusty breeding environments.

 

Automatic Feeding System

Equipped with intelligent trolley feeding equipment with stable operation and uniform feeding. It supports timed and quantitative precise feeding, avoiding feed waste and uneven feeding, effectively improving feed conversion rate and adapting to synchronous feeding of multi-layer cages.

 

Automatic Egg Collection

Fitted with special egg conveyor belts running stably at a constant speed. The buffer protection design effectively reduces egg breakage rate. Fully mechanized automatic egg collection replaces manual work and greatly improves egg collection efficiency.

 

Manure Removal System

Each layer is independently equipped with a manure removal belt for real-time synchronous manure cleaning and centralized transportation. It effectively improves the air quality of the chicken house, reduces ammonia accumulation, optimizes the breeding environment and lowers the incidence of respiratory diseases in flocks.
