System Overview
The H-type laying hen cage system is usually composed of H-type chicken cages, automatic feeding system, automatic drinking water system, automatic manure cleaning system, automatic egg collection system, ventilation system, environmental control system, etc., which can realize efficient, intensive and intelligent management of laying hen farming.
System composition
H Type Chicken Cage
Generally, Q235 steel is used, which is hot-dip galvanized and has good corrosion resistance and durability, with a service life of 15-30 years.
Automatic feeding system
The feeding carriage runs along the cage track and evenly spreads the feed on the trough to achieve automatic feeding.
Automatic drinking system
There are multiple nipple drinkers in each chicken cage, and a V-shaped water trough is set under the nipple drinker to collect the splashes when the chickens drink water.
Automatic manure removal system
A longitudinal manure cleaning belt is set under each layer of chicken cages. The chicken manure falls directly on the manure cleaning belt. As the manure cleaning belt moves slowly, the chicken manure is transported out of the chicken house.
Automatic egg collection system
The bottom of the chicken cage is designed with a certain slope, usually 8-10 degrees. After the eggs are laid, they will automatically roll down the slope to the egg collecting belt. The egg collecting belt collects the eggs and transports them to the egg processing area.
Environmental Control Systems
It is equipped with temperature control equipment, such as cooling pad cooling system, heater, etc., which can lower the temperature of the chicken house through wet curtain and exhaust fan in the high temperature in summer, and maintain the appropriate temperature in the chicken house through heater and other equipment in the cold winter.

Installation service
After the customer confirmed the order, our engineer will design the drawing and installation manual, then the customer can install and operate according to the manual. In fact, almost all of our customers have done the installation themselves. Before the actual installation,we will communicate with the customer to understand the installation needs and requirements,and develop the install.
If required, we will send one engineer to the job site for supervision of the installation, commissioning and training. Before installation, All necessaty tools should be prepared by buyer according to seller's request. Salary per engineer is USD100/day. International air tickets(round trip) charges,communication,lodging and food charges at buyer's factory should be on buyer's account.
