Core Structural Advantages
Featuring a iconic A-type pyramid layered structure with 3-4 layers of three-dimensional stacking and scientifically designed layer spacing, the system realizes zero blind spots for breeding observation. The open and transparent layout forms natural ventilation ducts to accelerate air circulation in the chicken house, quickly discharge harmful gases such as ammonia and hydrogen sulfide, and effectively reduce heat stress of flocks, greatly improving the air quality of the breeding environment compared with closed cage structures.
The A-Type Layer Cage System has strong compatibility and can be flexibly matched with a full set of automatic equipment including automatic feeding systems, nipple drinking systems, automatic manure cleaning systems and egg collection systems, realizing mechanized and automatic operation of the whole process of feeding, drinking, manure removal and egg collection.
Material & Durability
The core frame and mesh of the entire cage system are made of high-quality Q235 carbon steel and processed by high-temperature hot-dip galvanizing anti-corrosion technology. With uniform and firmly attached galvanized layers, the equipment features excellent corrosion resistance, aging resistance and impact resistance, adapting to the humid and dusty complex environment of chicken houses. It is not easy to rust or deform and boasts a long service life of more than 20 years under standardized operation and maintenance.
