System Introduction
 

The system is constructed from high-quality hot-dip galvanized steel, with an H-type frame structure at its core. It adopts a layered design concept to maximize the use of vertical space in the chicken house, breaking the spatial limitations of traditional floor-raising and tiered farming. After strict anti-corrosion treatment, its service life can reach more than 20 years.

Combined with precise structural design, it ensures that the cage is stable and durable, completely solving the pain points of traditional cages that are easy to deform and have poor corrosion resistance. H-Type cage frame

The core support components are precision-machined from Q235 hot-dip galvanized steel sheets, resulting in a robust structure and strong pressure resistance. A four-tiers cage is commonly used, with a denser mesh design to prevent broiler chickens from escaping.

 

Automated feeding system

Composed of a traveling feeder, a V-shaped feed trough, and a conveying pipeline, it adopts a fully automatic traveling design, which can achieve uniform feeding and control the difference between feed layers within 2%-5%, thus avoiding feed waste.

Automatic manure removal system

Adopting a belt conveyor design, the manure is thoroughly cleaned without residue, and can be cleaned continuously or at set times, effectively reducing the accumulation of harmful gases in the chicken house and improving the chicken house environment.

 

Environmental control system

Equipped with EC fans, cooling water curtains, gas heaters, and other equipment, it can automatically regulate the temperature, humidity, and ventilation in the chicken house, providing suitable conditions for broiler growth.

 Manila, Philippines order (400 sets of 4-layer H-type cage systems): Packed in 5 40-foot high cube (HQ) containers. Each system is disassembled and packaged separately, with cage frames, feed troughs, water lines, and other components arranged separately. Anti-collision and moisture-proof measures are taken to prevent damage during transportation. The packing cycle is 2 days. Delivery from the factory to the port of Manila takes only 12-14 days. Full logistics tracking ensures on-time delivery. After receiving the goods, the customer can complete installation, commissioning, and put the system into operation within 15 days under our remote guidance.
