The equipment is easy to install, requiring no complex modifications; simply connecting to the water supply pipes is sufficient for operation. By pre-setting cleaning programs via remote control or smart terminal, it can perform comprehensive and thorough cleaning of key areas such as pen ceilings, cage gaps, feeding troughs, and manure conveyor belts.

The basic parameters of this product are: length 1400 mm, width 600 mm, height 2400-3200 mm, battery 24V DC, walking power is brushless DC motor, the support frame structure is 2-layer folding and 1-layer lifting, the support arm structure is two-stage two-dimensional adjustment, and the connecting pipes are stainless steel; the functional parameters include main frame height adjustable from 400mm to 760mm, main frame left and right adjustment of 400mm, wingspan 700mm to 1300mm, nozzle is 1 fixed + 8 adjustable, rinsing angle is 360 degrees adjustable, and walking speed is adjusted by a knob.

High-pressure Cleaning Machine

The high-pressure washer is configured with one 30KW variable frequency motor, one 30KW variable frequency starter cabinet, one 380V voltage unit, one stainless steel bag filter, one 1480r/min speed unit, one 345 kg weight unit, and one 50HZ rated frequency unit; its standard accessories include one 2m 10 square millimeter cable, one 2m return pipe, and one 2m air inlet pipe with filter.

Pipe Rolling Machine

The pipe rolling mill is equipped with a coil transport vehicle model ZH-100. The interface material and nozzle material are both copper. The P placement method is ground installation. The voltage is 24V DC. The product size is 70cm×82cm×100cm, the weight is 82KG, the connecting fittings are stainless steel, and a 100-meter high-pressure rubber hose is also provided.
