The operating mechanism
It will become a water film when water across the cooling pad. And when warm fresh air out side meet this water film, it will make evaporation. The water evaporate to air and take temperature away. And then it will let cooler air enter the chicken coop. So using it can cool down the whole house. And controlling the temperature and humidity through modifying humidifying volume and the ventilation size.
